I really enjoy baking - baking bread. Using just basic ingredients, you can easily make a loaf that tastes better than anything you'll find in a supermarket.
There's lots of good books and web sites out there, but I do wish that I'd known some basic information when I started. So I've written a few pieces to summarise what I know.
(I know, not actually bread, even if it is baked in a loaf tin)
